   Before payment, it will be clearly specified whether the applicable fee is refundable or non-refundable.

   Refundable fees will be returned according to the prescribed process and applicable conditions.

   Non-refundable fees

   Non-refundable fees will generally not be returned if the applicant voluntarily cancels the application, changes their mind, or chooses not to use the service for personal reasons, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

   No travel fee

   No trip or travel fee will be charged for any service.
